Do not work here. You are not respected as an employee at all and if you complain to HR they don't care and just uses 'this is a business' as an excuse. Working here really does make you from a happy person to a sad and depressed person. Management is the main issue, everyone that works there hates management because they are very incompetent at their job and they talk to you in a very condescending tone so avoid at all costs. They are not flexible in your schedule at all, especially if you're new and a student they don't care if you need to study for finals, midterms they make you work requiring you to come in after you write your exam. You can make money elsewhere, it's not worth having the life sucked out of you.

The culture is terrible and draining. Time to dust off the resume and move on before Symcor changes me from a good worker into bad through the day to day insanity. No support from management, no support from HR. Moving on.

It's mind boggling on how some people can treat other people. Managers are all operators that worked their way to a manager's position and never really learned how to do it properly. They walk around with an attitude like a monkey with a crowbar. Instead of a professional educated, well minded person, the manager at Symcor is a low level human with power.... to do nothing. An advise, if you need something changed, go under, around or above your manager. Never ask your manager.
