The company is in a death-roll. US business has been sold (for a 50 million dollar loss) and the rest will either be sold or reabsorbed into the parent banks. Employees are being told there is a future...but that is only to keep them around so key executives can continue to earn their retention bonuses. If you are looking for a job that can pay decently for the next 3-5 years with no long-term future...Symcor is your shop! If you want a career, opportunity for advancement, job stability, competitive wages, employer respect, straight talk, and pride in your work...check out Workopolis...I'm sure something is out there!
