I think that the alleged standard as far as what is expected of employees is nowhere near met at my Keg. Many of my co-workers are unapologetically racist or otherwise prejudice to minorities in the organization. And the management seems to not care as they don't try to prevent or put an end to it. Also, my position is constantly victim of penny pinching and tight fists. The equipment needed to do our job is neither satisfactory in quantity nor quality. We often have to take turns using crucial, one per employee tools as several people will need to use them at once. And, more often than not, when I get to it, it doesn't work as it should. Feedback is never received, even when solicited and I feel that I am taken extremely for granted given the role I fill and stress my job puts on me.
