The culture is “ every person for themselves“ Regardless of how much they profess a team environment It’s very cutthroat and backstabbing. Those possess these traits will get ahead. Management hovers over you and constantly threatens termination. If you are hurt at work, there are layers of contracted companies whose sole purpose is to put liability on the worker.
