The company has great, fair, and easily approachable management. Team work is always promoted and has a free-flow atmosphere. It is constantly looking for ways to get better. Treats employees well and fair with pay structure. Once you get to understand the business- difficult to leave. Most are employed here an average of over 4 years! Yes- there are turn-over but usually those that are within 6-9 months and mostly those that give up rather than push forward. Fun, strong, well managed, and are always looking for talent.
