The company has good working conditions, but the managers are hypocritical, unteam-oriented and irresponsible preferring to blame their employees for their own mistakes and even sacrifice them instead of admitting their shortcomings. They are ungrateful and cruel to their subordinates, with some members of management even being unsympathetic and cowardly. All of this makes a job at Vision Group Canada unstable because you never know when it may end despite a positive evaluation.
