I spent 13 years with WestJet and saw it go from a great company to a joke. I spent my last few years in the "People Department". They boasted no lay offs, but a lot of people left due to "Reoranization". The focus was always on preventing a union, not doing the right thing. I've sat in HR meetings where theconcerns of the flight attendands and pilots were the subject of ridicule. Leaders talked the talk but never walked the walk. It was truly sad to see my dream company turn into a daily stress. The real WestJet died about 9 years ago.

I'm not suprised. They like to threaten you too. I was told to my face by my teamleader, with the Manager of the department i worked for in the very same room, to either get fired for quit, before they were hushe for saying the wrong thing. People with positions of power there are utterly useless. Guess that's how they do their business.
