Former Head office (High River) employee. Stated values definitely do NOT match the reality. Head office management is surprisingly unknowledgeable about developing an insurance culture. For me, a toxic, fearful, dysfunctional work environment. An amazing wealth of capable, talented employees and zero recognition or respect for their ability. Poor managers thwart individual growth and are far more interested in control and suppression of initiative and maintaining their own status. My recommendation is to actively AVOID working here.
