I have worked for other insurance companies before and while I enjoy my position here at WFG I found the lack of training and the sink or swim attitude a bit dis concerning. You will do well here if you are a self starter and self educator but if you need hand holding you will be frustrated. I do love the office attitudes and teamwork though.
