Company is profitable and the president, VPs, and board of directors all give themselves big bonuses and salary increases but have, for the third year, frozen salaries of the people who make the money for them. Tend to be unfair in job classifications, i.e. level of responsibilities is not reflected in the job title and, therefore, not in the salary either. Job tracking systems are not implemented so it's impossible for managers to know who is pulling their weight, and who isn't. It's quite possible for 2 or 3 people to do much of a particular task, but the guy who sits at his desk all day reading the paper and watching YouTube videos gets credited for the work. As such, staff turnover is fairly high. If couple of other key people leave this particular department, there will be no one left behind qualified to train replacements.
