I would not bother applying to this company if you are over 25 & did not grow up living in a house and or you don't currently live in a house. They basically discriminate against applicants who are over 25 regardless of their work experience and what they can bring to the job. They'll ask questions during the interview in order to determine an applicants social and economics status which is also discriminatory. They seem to be under the impression that people who own homes are better than people who rent. How ridiculous is that? Very ridiculous. If you're under 25 go for it they'll hire you. If you're over 25 they won't bother with you. They'll just waste your time.

Someone tell the interviewer that we don't care about her husband's lack of cardio ability. Please keep the personal stuff to yourself and out of the interviewing process and work environment. WE DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR HUSBAND'S CARDIO ABILITY. IT AIN'T MY BEE'S WAX.

As assumed. They hired someone with less work & educational experience for the job that I applied for. And guess what? They're under 30. Yes this company does par take in age discrimination. And the funny thing is that just a couple of years ago this company hired an employee that embezzled $200 from them. So who is doing the hiring for this company and who is doing the monitoring of funds? Obviously they have failed in both categories. Looks like I dodged a bullet by not being hired by this discriminatory and unprofessional company after all. This is why I tell employees searching for work, don't allow yourselves to be belittled & dismissed by any organization. YOU INTERVIEW THEM. YOU DO YOUR BACKGROUND ON THEM. It's not the person looking for work that has the problem, it's the company.
