Went on an interview with this organization. The male interviewer seem to take me seriously.

There were two women present in the interview they looked less than impressed.

I knew I wasn't going to be selected for the position based on the lack of reaction and questions from the two women present.

I presume they were either jealous of my looks or education.

Bottom line.

If you're educated, skilled and over 25 don't apply to this company.

If you're under 25 then you have a better chance at being offered the position.

They're not interested in real skill & qualifications of an applicant.

Also you can tell that some of the women there won't like you if you have an education. So it can be an issue of jealousy.

Be aware.
