When I first started I was very welcomed, I was able o work well and wanted to work well for them. I could have easly been a lifer. I worked hard and made my business boom. But I got no regongition.I got. Nothing but empty promises ,and my above was full of favouritism and policy violation. Which was forced on me to do when I refused to break policies, I wasn't given a choice not to , so I left . The open door policy never was there and no one helped me when I needed them . It was in there own time they didn't care about there employees or keeping them , everyone was expendable.
