I worked for YM Inc. for just over a year under the Urban Behaviour banner. I would not recommend it to anyone. The store I worked in was huge, and not to mention also in the largest mall in the province. Store Manager was (is) catty and lazy - often disappearing for an hour or more without any notice, and gossiping about SA's behind their backs. Employees are expected to always (even when ill) perform at 200%, and are given no recognition or appreciation for their efforts. Being a Keyholder, Visual Merchandiser, or even Stock Manager is no better. We were always treated like we do not know how to do our job. No work / life balance. Quick advancement is possible (a co-worker of mine was promoted to Keyholder within six months) but you are constantly under stress, treated like crap, and are given no respect from upper Management.
