I don't respect a company that violates many laws under the Employment Standards Act. Also, one that 'messes' with your paycheck. If I am at work I deserved to get paid, I am not a volunteer for this company. If I am off at ten I will either go home, or if you need me to stay for any reason I will, but expect to get paid. If I try my best for a company I expect the same in return and I am just not feeling the love.
