PRIVACY POLICY

jobWings.com Careers Inc. (the “Company”) maintains strict user information privacy policies and uses state of the art technologies to safeguard user information and communications from unauthorized intrusions.

The Company recognizes that the growth of on-line services, including Internet services, has created additional privacy concerns, particularly for users.

On-line privacy concerns focus primarily on the protection of user  information which an individual or other user reasonably expects to be kept private. User information may include, for example, information such as email addresses, IP addresses, and preferences.

The Company has put in place the following Privacy Policy. This policy covers the Company. The Company will continue to protect user.
 

Collection and Use: The Company will collect and may use user information for registration purposes, allow members to post and edit content, detect and prevent abuse of the site, notifications regarding new comments or ratings, notification regarding the moderation/removal/approval of a rating or comment, to anticipate and resolve problems with your service, or to create and inform you of products and services that better meet your needs. This means that the Company may use your information, in conjunction with information available from other sources, to market new services to you that we think will be of interest to you, but we will not disclose your user identifiable information to third parties who want to market products to you.

When you access the Internet, the computers that host web sites you visit (“web servers”) automatically receive some browsing information. This “usage data” may include a record of which pages a web browser has visited. The Company’s servers receive usage data when users visit the Company’s web sites. The Company may use usage data to provide customized features and services. The Company will not use information about your activities on the Internet together with any information that identifies you without your consent.

The Company may use various kinds of software devices to collect information about Internet use. Small files called “cookies” may be attached to your Web browser and/or computer. These files identify you, and save information such as passwords so that web sites can recognize you. You can set your browser to disable cookies, but some of the Company’s web site functions may not work properly if you do this.

Disclosure: The Company will not sell, trade, or disclose to third parties any user information derived from the registration for or use of The Company’s on-line service — including user names and addresses — without the consent of the user (except as required by court order, subpoena, search warrant, legal dispute, or other legal process or in the case of imminent physical harm to the user or others). When the Company uses other agents, contractors or companies to perform services on its behalf, the Company will ensure that the company protects your user information consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Third Party Gathering: The Company may use web traffic reporting services such as Google Analytics. The information is collected by Google Analytics on behalf of the Company. The information collected by Google Analytics is mostly anonymous (except for some information such as IP addresses and Google search terms). Security: The Company has implemented technology and security features and strict policy guidelines to safeguard the privacy of your user information from unauthorized access or improper use, and we will continue to enhance our security procedures as new technology becomes available.

E-mail Contents: The Company will not disclose to third parties private e-mail communications that are transmitted using the Company’s services except as required to operate the service or as otherwise authorized by law.

Improper Conduct: The Company may also use user information to investigate and help prevent potentially unlawful activity or activity that threatens the network or otherwise violates the user agreement for that service.

Account Information: The Company honors requests from users to review all user information maintained in reasonably retrievable form, which currently consists of your e-mail address, IP address, browsing/usage preferences and will correct any such information which may be inaccurate. Users may verify that appropriate corrections have been made.
