15. Enurement. This Agreement shall enure to the benefit of and be binding upon each of Us and our respective successors and permitted assigns. You acknowledge having read this Agreement before accepting it, having the authority to accept this Agreement.

17. Removal Requests. Any person may ask for the removal of Content if such Content is in violation of this Agreement. Such a request must be made in writing. The request may be made pursuant to clause 16 above, by email to , or by using the “Flag as inappropriate” feature found next to each comment. Unless the “Flag as inappropriate” feature is used, each removal request shall include the employer name, the comment itself as well as the grounds for the request.
