Probably one of the best jobs I have ever experienced. There was a great deal of flexibility which I needed for my personal life and I learned a lot while there.

This company has no morals and deceives their customers at every turn. A few facts:

1. All frontline employees work from home so there is no way to track how they handle dealing with customers.

2. The owner of hostpapa also owns hosting-review.com and for the past few years always get the "best web host" award. Interesting....

3. People get let go for no reason other than "shortage of work" on...

Things go down hill fast. Just takes one bad apple given management responsibilities. If you're in charge, learn to communicate with others. Everybody deserves respect regardless of their mistakes.

This is the best employer I have ever known. Can't think of a bad thing to say. Have been extremely happy and plan to never, ever leave. Ever.
