"Does the company care if so many employees are not happy?" Very simple answer "No" they don't care. If they did they wouldn't be doing what they're doing.
We are the people who are constantly facing the customers, and we get blamed for everything the company's done, high prices, crowded stores and many of the other things that's non of our business. I had been called "idiot" and "f**" by some customers just because the manager took more than 10 minutes to come and give the computer an override. How can you be happy with that?
