This company deserves less than 1 star. The warehouse manager and supervisors are absolutely the most unbelievable peons ever employeed. If I ran this company I would fire everyone of them for their lack of intelligents in every aspect of their jobs. They have no sense of human decency thereby treating the warehouse workers like dogs. If Galen Weston wants to improve his distribution chain...then Winnipeg is the place to start. Treat your employees with respect and diginity and they will recipricate in kind. Galen Weston if you can do that you'll gain back some of your failing market shares, if not you can continue to struggle with falling business revenues for which you can thank your managers and supervisors for. Employees don't need tv's or shuffleboard tables to keep them happy. FAIR WAGES and RESPECT will do the job just the same....think about it!!!
