Well I have worked for Loblaws for 12yrs and now I work for Loblaw Great Food for the past 6 months. I started out Part Time and have been Full Time for 6 years,what to say well I signed on for full time 6 years ago agreeing to do 1 night a week now I do 2 and I have to work Sat & Sunday's I never see my family Ive always had to work on saturdays but not sundays well now sometime's I work all weekend you never see anyone that is important to you, I took a pay decrease and was bribed with a Buydown I try to keep a good attitude but it is really hard sometimes. I now just do my 40 hrs and go home at the end of the day at least I have a job...WOW
I'm tired of hearing that! At least you have a job. At least I have a job. A job shouldn't be a means to an end...especially when we have to work for 40 years of our lives.
