This is a great place to work. If all the nay sayers don`t like it then go somewhere else to work - there's a long line up of much better workers willing to take your place. The pay is great and the benifits are far better than other companies I have worked for. I love the variety of hours I have, who wants to work Monday to Friday 8 to 4 all their lives.I have good assistance from management with my job.They are very helpfull and will to help me out. If you get into trouble then you deserve to be punished, look at the huge amouts of money CN has invested in equipment. Who would want it destroyed by incompetent employees,or employees who just are here for paycheque.You should be very proud to be employed with the CN organization. have you ever considered that your paycheque will never bounce, take that fact to a mickey mouse employer. I have 28 more years to work here and most likely ask to keep working when I am able to retire. Who would want to give this up..?
