Good review. In reality, except for a small minority of problem cases, most of the workers here are pretty satisfied. Around here, noboby can touch the wages that CN pays.
Most workers are desperate to retire or move on. Go and talk to a few.
The great thing about working at CN is that most of the garbage making the complaints here has been already removed by the company.
