I am sure CN is no different than any other company. All companies have their problems. I am sure there are reasons for the negative and the positive feedback I have been reading. The truth lies between two extremes I say. For now it won't stop me from trying to find work so I can provide for my family. I currently work in a unionized environment and find things work so much better when there is some kind of common ground between management and the unionized employees. We are all people and all have a job to do. I am willing to give this company a shot as make what I can of it. There has to be a reason why they are doing so well. For those who are suffering, maybe finding a way to clear the air and start off with a clean slate for you and the managers is in order.
