I have worked for Loblaws for a year, and never have I ever been treated as badly by an employer than I have here. The verbal abuse is unbelievable. Company prides itself on flexible hours, yet they demand you are available all weekend open to close, and forget about asking for a day off, because if you do they cut your hours the following week. The management sit in their offices all day, come in late and leave early and verbally abuse you when you call in sick, even if it's your first time. Bottom line: Do not work for this company.
