I found Artona to have pleasant employees to work with, but the management has a few people that are very inappropriate with their attitudes. There is no recognition of the employees. They promise you both full time hours and a very good bonus scale when you come to work for them. However, it is part time hours only. You are lucky to get 3 shifts a week. The atmosphere is very stressful as you are dealing with a number of teenagers and having to photograph them within a 5 minute time frame. The bonus pay is non existent. It is basically just an incentive to get you to work hard for them, but they don't follow through if you do. I would recommend not taking a job with them if you can avoid it.
