The company itself is great to their employee's but the management at the store that i work at is really bad.I have been there 19 years and have never seen it so bad.Why do the big guys tell everone when they are visiting the store. Management makes it look so good when they visit. They will never know the real story.I use to look forward to going into work now i hate it. It is the management that makes it that way.
Oh for sure! When the 'top' guys come in, the store managers practically tie themselves in knots to impress them. If the top boys (cause they are usually ALWAYS men, btw) really wanted to see how the store was, they'd drop by unannounced for a surprise visit. But we all know that isn't the case! They want everyone to panic and make the store perfect for their visits so that they can make it seem as if their own jobs are justified. It's just such a joke. The entire company is a joke.
I think that is so funny. At our store the management run around hiding everything they can. They push for everyone to clean. The management get so nervous that its actually funny to watch them. If head office really want to see how thing are come unannounced. This is why hours and labor get cut because the BIG BOYs think that if a store looks this good then the the store could afford to lose hours. How small minded are these people.
