money is good benifits are good but all in all not a good company to work for. life/work balance is terrible. they dont have enough employees to give anyone decent shifts or any stat holidays off and alot of the time are preassured into working a ton of extra hours wich is great for pay but for a young person looking to balance quality of life with a good bank account as well id keep looking. if they would hire more people or do some kind of differnt shifts like 4 on 4 off it would be great but as it stands right now for a person coming into the company youll start on having tuesday wensdays off on afternoons or nights for a longggg time before any other shifts become available to you. depepends how valuable your home life is.
