To each is own...As far as the pay, and scheduling, I was cool, paid for my own benefits, etc.. Cool

What upset me the most was the conduct amongst the higher ups, the Sergeants, and Lieutenants that let rank go to their HEADS!!!

Never in my life had I ever encountered people that had no regards for Respect. The sexual Harassment in that place was horrible. Female officers were treated the worst!!!! They treated us like we weren't even Human!! The Sergeants did not care, nothing was done, even when reported, and they were the main ones doing the wrong things. I never had a post inside, I was always outside, the only people that got to work inside, did personal favors to get what they wanted, or sucked up to management. I wasn't that type of woman. My first day, they tried to break me mentally, and I was not the only one. They expect you to quit quickly that's why the turn over rate is so high. I wouldn't recommend this job for any female.
